You can get these weapons as rewards for defeating boss in the Hell_3, Hell_4 or Hell_5. They can be dropped at Atlantis or mbox for players with level 97+.
All Positron weapons will provide a 45% bonus to boss damage as well as a 11x attribute bonus.
Spell Damage for enchanted staffs:
SD = 2*(60+5*ench_lvl) + 1*bonus_stat + 0.6*no_of_enhances*+ench_lvl
Spell Damage for non-enchanted staffs:
SD = 20 + 2*bonus_stat + 0.6*no_of_enhances*+ench_lvl
