Hector can be seen at level 82 and is the boss of the Orc Mine which is located in the Mystic Mines. As soon as he is 100% raged, he has 300,000,000 HP (300 million). To get an item, you must get over 10% damage on him, which equals 30,000,000 damage (30 million).
